Staff Arabia Headquarters
The project involved delivering a complete corporate headquarters within a fixed operational timeline. Work was executed under an accelerated schedule using a dual shift system. The key challenge was coordinating multiple disciplines and teams under time pressure while maintaining consistency across design and execution. MRAC managed design and construction activities in parallel, supported by structured team coordination and phased execution. The approach ensured alignment between spatial design and corporate identity.

Uni-Serve
The project formed part of a larger headquarters development while maintaining its own operational identity. Design and execution were carried out in parallel. The primary challenge was managing overlapping design and construction phases through an Agile delivery approach. Coordination between multiple teams and work shifts was required. MRAC applied an Agile workflow allowing design development and execution to progress simultaneously. Continuous coordination enabled flexibility in design decisions without disrupting construction progress.

Nemo Store – Kidswear Boutique
The project involved developing a branded retail space for a children’s clothing store within a commercial mall environment. High rental costs required rapid design completion to minimize downtime. The main challenge was completing the full design package within two weeks while accommodating ongoing design changes during execution. MRAC delivered a fast tracked design process aligned with brand identity requirements. Site supervision ensured that design intent was maintained despite time pressure and adjustments during execution.

Dr. Ahmed Zewail Museum
The project aimed to create a permanent cultural space within Zewail University to document and present the legacy of Dr. Ahmed Zewail. The museum required a respectful and immersive narrative experience. The primary challenge was displaying valuable personal artifacts in a secure manner while maintaining a refined and engaging spatial experience. Design decisions needed to balance preservation requirements with visual clarity. MRAC developed a spatial sequence that guides visitors through a curated narrative journey. Design solutions prioritized controlled display systems, material selection, and circulation clarity to protect artifacts without compromising the visitor experience.

Ibn El Sammak Supermarket
The project involved a full scale retail supermarket requiring uninterrupted delivery within a tight commercial schedule. Following delays from the original contractor, MRAC was assigned expanded responsibilities to ensure continuity and timely project completion. MRAC transitioned from a design and consultancy role into a full turnkey contractor, enabling direct control over design decisions, procurement, and site execution. Work sequencing and coordination between architectural, mechanical, and electrical trades were managed concurrently to minimize downtime and recover lost time.

Fersia Café & Restaurant
Fersia Café & Restaurant was developed as a contemporary hospitality space within the Saudi market, requiring a design approach that balances modern brand expression with sensitivity to local character. The project scale and program called for a refined spatial experience that feels open while maintaining a sense of intimacy across dining areas.

Gravity Code – Car City Zone
The project involved introducing a new entertainment concept within an active shopping mall environment. The space needed to be visually engaging while prioritizing child safety and durability. The challenge was transforming an existing space into an immersive and safe experience for children within a limited timeframe. Material selection required careful consideration due to intensive daily use. MRAC focused on creating a playful spatial identity supported by durable finishes and child safe design elements. The layout was designed to encourage exploration while maintaining clear supervision and movement control.
